I stay at Holiday Inn Express properties for work strictly to collect IHG points, but even that’s becoming pointless — the points are less and less valuable, and when I try to redeem them there are “no reward nights available” anywhere I actually want to go. So at this point, all I’m left with is the experience of the hotel itself, which in Casa Grande is terrible. The first room they gave me was an “accessible” room I didn’t request and didn’t need.
