This is my go-to hotel when I’m in Carrollton. It’s always clean and quiet. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. It’s convenient to a variety of restaurants and stores. The morning and evening staff, Jamar and Brittney, are both exceptional! They were friendly and helpful.
Hotel was very well maintained and staff extremely friendly. They went above and beyond to accommodate you. This hotel observes quiet hours from 10-8 which I so loved. Room was clean and updated decor, AC worked well.
Overall good place to stay. The breakfast is pretty good. Lots of parking. The internet is a bit slow but it works.
Customer service is non existing…. Front desk girl was very rude. She was on the phone… on FaceTime with someone instead of working. During my check in experience she never looked me in my face. Was on the phone the entire time talking about me and my reservation instead of asking me questions. We are utility power workers staying here to keep the power on during the ice storm.
