This was by far our worst experience with an IHG Hotel. If we had checked in later in the day we would of demanded a refund and went elsewhere. We booked 3 rooms, 2 king suites and one double queen. Got our rooms right away, 2 of the 3 rooms were fine, our king that we were first given was in shambles, see pictures, went back down, no more kings, went to the next room, do not disturb sign on the door, we did not enter. 3rd room, dirty, full of trash from the last guest, finally the 4th room was "liveable". Was in town visiting family for a baby shower. Great place to stay and had the pleasure of meeting the General Manager while we were checking out. Staff was fantastic, and as someone who has worked in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years, it’s great to be able to go somewhere and get exceptional service.

I was staying in room 206. It didn't seem to be cleaned very well. Particularly the bathroom wasn't up to standard. I was moved to room 302 due to my minifridge not working. I left a do not disturb sign on my room door and housekeeping still entered. Moreover, I noticed that the bathroom in room 302 wasn't cleaned well either. I could see hair and debris in the shower.
