Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The service was very good and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The only downside for me was the food, which wasn’t really to my taste. Otherwise, the experience was positive.

We stayed at this Holiday Inn Express on our way to visit family—and again on our way back—and both stays were outstanding. Shasta, Addi, and every single staff member were genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive, often approaching us just to check in and make sure we were comfortable. The hotel is spotless, well cared for, and thoughtfully run. We especially appreciated the 12 PM checkout and breakfast available until 10 AM—such a gift when traveling. I stayed for a week with family and had a wonderful experience. Room was very clean, staff were helpful and kind, and it's in a good location. The view from the top floor is beautiful.
If you're around Burley Idaho, y'all need a place to stay, with good warm personality and a kind heart an very generous please stop by I promise u won't regret it at all, Thanks for everything Laura an your coworkers if I'm ever back out that way again u can rest assure I'll be staying here
