I have had a great experience..and young lady named Maggie was super duper helpful..I mean awesome!!
Clean, quiet, and extremely friendly staff! The staff at this hotel went above and beyond during our stay. Adam the night auditor was excellent. Then this morning was my daughter’s birthday, and Vasily gifted her with a birthday song during breakfast that other hotel stayers joined in on, along with goodies for my family. Definitely recommend this stay to anyone looking for a nice hotel in Buford. 5 Stars!
My Dad is 100 yrs old and accidentally locked himself out of his room. The security bracket closed when my Dad left the room, so he couldn't get back in. Adam tried to open the door while still covering the front desk. He called me and we worked together to open the door. He remained calm and helpful throughout the whole incident. He did an excellent job.
My stay was outstanding! No complaints.
