Very disappointing experience. I arrived at almost 11:00 PM to check in and was informed at the last minute that the hotel had no water. This should have been communicated much earlier, not when guests are already arriving. The front desk employee was rude and unhelpful. When I asked to speak with a manager, he refused to provide any contact information and simply kept saying they could refund my money. The room was mostly clean (minus a hair already on the pillow), minus no hot water...It is a convenient place to stay and walk around the Bronx

Stayed at this hotel a few times while visiting family in the area and love every moment of it. Staff super friendly and pays attention to details. As a Platinum elite member, my staus was recognized. On this trip a traveled with my family, stayed in one of their suites it was absolutely stunning. We feel at home with this hotel. To the management and staff, amazing job.

This place is not recommended. There's is a lot of roaches and mice. The blankets are stained. Mold everywhere. I recommend somewhere else.
