Check-in was pretty simple. The lady at the front desk was great, very funny, and seemed like she enjoyed her job. The room definitely needs updating and work. The bed makes noise every time you get on it. Not many channels on the TV. Water pressure was decent enough to enjoy a shower. The cleaning service is not daily, so I am unable to comment on that. They have a really nice outdoor cooking area and indoor pool best motel in pelham.
If I'm in that area for a visit or stop over, this is a great location with a friendly staff.
This is our 5th or 6th time at this specific Holiday Inn. The manager Tia is so easy to work with and Pam has a great sense of humor. The bed is comfortable, hot water right away and everything is clean. There's a big choice for breakfast, coffee and tea 24/7, filtered ice water set out and cookies out at night.
