Great clean comfortable rooms. The desk girls were great! Had everything in the room we needed. Highly recommend. We stay at Holiday Inn Express often.

Yuni has the best customer service. She is very Kind, upbeat and very outgoing. Its hard to find this level of customer service nowadays so it was definitely a breath of fresh air. She is really a great asset to the company. We were staying here because my father was having surgery done at Emory. Everytime we saw her she would say she hopes his procedure goes well that kind of acknowledgement goes along way especially when it's a major surgery. My dad had surgery at Emory & it was most convenient for us to stay overnight locally so we chose this property. It’s not a newer hotel, it is somewhat dated; that said, it was very clean. The lobby and our room were well-maintained. The staff, all encountered, were friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Rashida at the front desk who helped me on Monday evening, she was awesome. I appreciate good service and we absolutely received it during our stay. Thanks to all!

Close to Emory Hospital, they will honor a discounted rate that can be obtained by requesting printed proof of an operation from the Emory help desk, and showing staff the proof. Ebony and Yuni are very wonderful members of staff, friendly, and accommodating. Breakfast is good, they have a variety of snacks, staple medicine, and refrigerator soda drinks, water, juice. The rooms are clean, the bed height is a little tall in the standard rooms (I'm 5'4), making the handicap rooms more convenient for post surgery recovery. The ... read more
