The front desk has left me on hold for over 30 minutes now. I called back and was immediately put on hold again. I did finally get through and get my answers needed. The location was close to lots of great food. The rooms were good but not great. It is definitely a business location and not somewhere to go on vacation in my opinion.

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel, and I especially want to recognize Michael, the breakfast attendant, for making my mornings so enjoyable. From the moment I saw him, he was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He always greeted guests with a smile and made sure everyone had what they needed. Michael went above and beyond to keep the breakfast area clean, organized, and well-stocked.
