Among the cleanest Holiday inn express
We made a Reservation 18 days ago for a Mobility Accessible Room. With 2 days notice, I get a call today telling me our room is no longer available due to renovation starting the day we planned to arrive. Sorry no other rooms available. We are traveling 8 hrs. by handicapped accessible van and now no rooms available. In the last 20 years of staying at IHG hotels, I have never had this happen to me or my family.
***Currently being renovated*** Lobby is a construction zone, 3rd Floor rooms are not finished, for example, toilet was not secured to floor. Elevator was also a little bit creepy. They do their best, but I would look elsewhere until the construction is done. App wasn't updated to tell us that the hotel was under renovation either.
Even though under renovation rooms were good, breakfast was good, service was polite and helpful
