Quiet, clean rooms, spacious and comfortable bed. Service could improve or be more consistent between shifts
Room was clean. Front desk service was pleasant. We stayed NYE and the pool was closed the next morning for maintenance. It was myself and 3 children. This was a really poor choice of day and time due to the number of families staying for the holiday. Why would you close a pool on a holiday? One family had an accident at the pool and asked me if I had any bandaids. The front desk did not have any. This is a fairly decent property for this level of hotel. Here during holidays so it is very quiet with very few lodgers. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean and quiet. Breakfast is the usual complimentary hotel breakfast, coffee is available 24/7. We did not take advantage of the pool, nor did we use the fitness center (treadmill, free weights, stationary bike, elliptical). Surprisingly we returned after our first day out and about to fresh towels. They didn't make the bed - which was fine with us.
