Had a mini mix up with the way I wanted to do my payment since I booked on the app the guest service rep asked the manager for assistance and she came over and resolved the issue and was very nice I will always stay at this location whenever I’m in South Haven again thank you very much for the EXCELLENT SERVICE and the sour patch kids lol
Got stuck in storm comming home life savor
Quiet, clean rooms, spacious and comfortable bed. Service could improve or be more consistent between shifts
Room was clean. Front desk service was pleasant. We stayed NYE and the pool was closed the next morning for maintenance. It was myself and 3 children. This was a really poor choice of day and time due to the number of families staying for the holiday. Why would you close a pool on a holiday? One family had an accident at the pool and asked me if I had any bandaids. The front desk did not have any.
