This is a really nice hotel. It is newer, the rooms are really nice. The pool was nice, the breakfast was really good. I would definitely go back!

I had a stay here recently and the hotel experience was bad an customer service was worse. The air conditioning somehow set itself to 60 overnight and I was freezing. The Lady at check-in was so rude and seemed to hate her job. She said my name was not on the reservation and it was, I had to show her on my phone. About a 7 minute drive from the beach, and walking distance from Sherman's Ice Cream and a shorter drive to Walmart. They only had one baby crib, which is why I'm knocking them down 1 star. The shower had lower water pressure than what I am used to, but the hotel was overall clean. The housekeeper is very, very kind. The breakfast is average for an IHG hotel.

No problems except the breakfast is not worth 13.00 and the business center needs a fax or scanner it’s not a business center if you can’t scan or is not in private It’s in the open

Hotel correct. L’accueil a été bon. La chambre était spacieuse et propre par contre on nous a donné la pire chambre de l’hôtel: juste à côté du lobby et de l’espace petit déjeuner et en face de la machine à glaçons. Très très bruyant donc. A minima il faudrait mettre des portes pour fermer l’espace de la machine à glaçons. Et je n’ai pas l’impression que l’hôtel était plein: cette chambre devrait être attribuée en dernier recours. Il vaut mieux insister au moment du Check in pour avoir une chambre dans les étages.
