I didn’t want to leave a negative review, but I feel like I have to. I have traveled to more than 7 countries, and I’ve never experienced a hotel like this before. Hotel is not up to Holiday Inn Express standards. Carpet is worn, tile missing, elevator jolts so we only rode it once. Before the last day of our stay, our key cards stopped working and the front desk told us that they are canceling our reservation for the last day (that we booked with IHG points) as they will no longer be a Holiday Inn property. This was our fifth Holiday Inn IHG location in our California vacation and I reckon it at the bottom of my list. The good points include a spacious and nice looking parking facility. An extension of it was even closer to some of the rooms which provides desirable comfort if you have much baggage to tackle. Other than that I couldn't find anything which could give me comfort. This was secy such stay in Holiday Inn where Wash basin was fitted in the room and not in the wash room which some how is not of my liking.

This was the worst Holiday Inn Express I have ever stayed in….old and ran down not the clean updated comfort Holiday Inn that I look forward to. I will not stay here again!
