Holiday Inn Express offers great customer service and updated rooms. I am giving the hotel 4 stars because I think that the room could have been a little bit cleaner. The hotel is close to the airport, businesses and shopping. The riverwalk is about 15 minutes away as a point of reference. The San Antonio loop takes some getting used to of you will be driving. Many GPS systems cannot redirect as fast as the loop changes.

I came to Texas for the funeral of my brother. While staying in your hotel-someone helped themselves to by Nintendo DS gamebag and games. This was a gift from my kids and i have made several attempts to get my gamebag and games back- i have had no luck. I know it was in the room because I changed games before going to bed. I would really like to fave this back.

Ants In Our Pants! – My boyfriend and I spent the night (9/25/10) and we had ants. At first we didn't see them, but slowly they came out and by the time we left the next day they were in the bathroom, on the floor, in the bed. We told them when we checked out, and the woman at the front desk said that they have been having this problem and are supposed to have somebody come take care of it soon. She said it started on the second floor and they have now migrated to the seventh floor. I would not recommend staying here until they figure out this ant problem. Other than the ants it was lovely.
