My family and I had a great experience here! The staff refilled our towels and bedding daily. The staff was also responsive and friendly. The rooms were clean and the shower was very nice. The breakfast and coffee were okay. We felt very safe in the area where the hotel was located. Overall, we had a really great experience.
IT STARTED WITH HAIR IN THE ROOM AND FOOD DO NOT GO TAMMY THE MANAGER IS RUDE, SHE SAID SHE WAS GOING TO CALL ICE ON AS I TOLD HER I WAS GOING TO RECORD THE WAY SHE TALKED TO ME SHE SAID NO AND HUNG UP THE PHONE SHE NEEDS TO GE FIRED ASAP
This is probably the worst of the hotels I have stayed in with the IHG chain. The area is sketchy to start with, the staff don't care about the guests at all. The hotel room was filthy, noise was unbelievable and I had to cram a towel at the door to block out the noise. I will say the room is a good size but that was all the good I could find. Half the ice machines didn't work. My sink would only produce hot water and I couldn't find any cold water without going to the lobby. The breakfast was a joke. The eggs were saturated... read more
