BED BUGS CENTRAL! BIT MY WHOLE LEG AND MY CHEEKS!
Do not stay here! Dirty, broken fixtures, loud, bad breakfast. Small beds. Running toilet. Bugs. Ice machines didn’t work, looked nasty. Towels had holes in them. Not up to IHG standard at all. Last resort only.
Door was stuck shut and just about had to actually be kicked anytime I needed to open or close it. There were stains on everything, including my bedding which had a giant fluid stain dead center. the bathroom didnt even look like itd been cleaned either, and most of the furniture in the room was stained. THIS WAS THE WORST EXPERIENCE IVE HAD IN A HOTEL PERIOD.
The location was fine. Staff who checked us in/out were nice. The building smelled like mildew. The room’s privacy blind was jammed up, and when we pulled it down, it was gross and appeared to be water damaged. There was splatter on the side of the lounge. The bathroom was out of soap and shower supplies. Overall just grime-y and won’t stay again.
