Stayed there on July 6th 2025 with my husband, granddaughter, and my 3 great grandchildren. Had made reservations for one night requested two queen beds, and a couch that let out to a bed, because their were 6 of us. When we got to the room, there was only 2 queen beds NO COUCH. Went back down stairs and they said they could not do anything for me. So therefore my great grandson, had to SLEEP ON THE FLOOR.!!!!! We usually stay at this hotel everytime we come through this area. NOT ANYMORE !!!!!!.
I had an absolute perfect stay at this Holiday Inn. I was traveling from the coast and needed a place to stay for the night. I used their website to make a reservation. It was quick and easy. When I arrived that night, there was plenty of parking. I walked inside and was greeted by two lovely ladies. One woman was in training and handled mostly. Customer service is awesome
I would defiantly stay here again! Stopped here for a night with my family (wife and 4 kids 8 and under) on our way to Florida. Everything about the stay was great….until breakfast. We ate at 8am, and the pancake machine was out of batter. The attendant said she had run out, but then also told another mom that it was too late in the breakfast to put another bag in. That is the reason for the 3 star review.
