Terrible experience, This facility went down hill altogether. Was harassed for film the elevator in the hotel. The follow up for the incident has been going on for three months. Management does not seem to care or apologize for their actions. Screaming in front of my face and causing a scene in front of other paying guests is not okay. Yes I know that it is private property, but there is a nice way to handle such matters like this one. Do not recommend this place at all.
I left one day early and was told that the general manager would process the refund when they got back into the office on Monday. I called on Wednesday when I did not see my refund and they said the general manager was not there and to call back on Thursday. I called on Thursday and they said the general manager wouldn’t be there for a while. I expressed my concerns and they said there was nothing that they can do so I was lied to.
