Check-in was smooth and the staff at the front desk were friendly. As expected for New York City, the rooms were on the smaller side, which wasn’t a surprise. There were only two elevators serving 22 floors, so there were some waits—especially during the busy breakfast hours. We ended up taking the stairs a few times, which wasn’t ideal, but it was manageable. Breakfast was simple and fairly limited. Best location you could have for staying in Manhattan and with very good service, but I do wish there were more outlets in the room that were more comfortable
DO NOT BOOK if you are expecting shuttle from airport. They DO NOT offer shuttle as indicated on website, they partner with another company and you have to pay. Deceptive business practice.
The location is perfect. The room is relatively small, but this is expected. The staffs are very nice and helpful.
