Loved my stay! Staff is very nice, rooms are very nice and clean! Recommended!!
Overall. I would say this hotel was great for one night. Rooms were clean albeit small, but were well kept with typical hotel amenities. We did have some issues with our door not functioning, as well as some issues with the TV. Our bathroom light also was flickering on and off. The location was fantastic. Right near some great local pubs and Times Square.
The reviews were misleading because I was expecting something not great but in reality from check in to check out it was a wonderful experience. The staff was friendly, helpful and supportive. The rooms were clean and comfortable, as were the beds and the shower was nice as well. The experience was overall very good.
