On arrival checkin was good. Noted only two elevators for 22 floors and only one working. Small rooms as expected in NYC. Breakfast was an experience the very limited, lets say everything to do with breakfast was limited. Boiled eggs came out of a vacuum seal bag that came out of a box. Not enough seating many peaple standing and eating breakfast. No hot food, people where buying from the local shops and adding to the breakfast as it was so disappointing.
