La colazione gestita molto male.
We stayed here for a few days over Easter weekend. This was our second visit because the location is unbeatable- right next to Time Square, shops, and restaurants, making it central to everything. The rooms were nice, the staff was very friendly, and if you're driving, parking is just a short walk a couple of blocks away. Definitely come back here again when I'm in town.
The hotel has a good location and the room was decent, but our experience ended very badly. After checking out, we left our bags with the hotel so we could continue sightseeing around New York. When we returned to pick them up, we discovered that someone had stolen my friend’s music device from our luggage. This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable, especially since we trusted the hotel to keep our belongings safe. It’s very sad to end our trip this way.
