Very clean hotel. Very friendly staff.
My Mom and I stay here with my srrcice dog. The staff was very plesant to us even though we stayed an extra night. We thing was clean . More than i exspected.
Hotel and staff could use an overhaul. Staff lacks customer service skills. Rooms were dark, only decaf coffee in room and tub was cracked. The worst part visit is that after I woke up the next morning at home that I had bedbug bites all over my body. I have contacted the corporate office twice and they have escalated it to the local hotel and no one has yet to make this right after 2 weeks.
