Always get a receipt before leaving and watch your Credit Card for double charges or even 3 charges for 1 nights stay. I was charged 3 times for 1 night. Finally got 1 charge removed but still waiting for 2nd Fraudulent charge to be credited back. Provided plenty of proof but Hotel refuses to talk to me or credit the charge. Filed complaint with IHG but they state they are unable to reach anyone at hotel either. I will be staying at a Wyndham from now on.
Great stay while visiting my hometown! Nice rooms, complimentary breakfast had a lot to choose from including eggs, potatoes, waffle station, pastries and more! The ladies at the front desk were very friendly as well!
We stayed at Mt. Pleasant Holiday Inn Express over Labor Day for a week. The facility is nice, the rooms were spacious and clean. We requested room service for every other day as we knew they were busy. However, our room was only cleaned once on the last day of our stay. We would get home late and then call down to see if we could at least get clean towels. The phone was never answered.
