Very disappointed with my stay at Holiday Inn Express Mobile I-65. A hotel staff member entered my room without knocking and without permission, saying they came to fix a TV issue I never reported. I was inside the room at the time, and this was a serious invasion of privacy. This is completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Guest safety and privacy should be the hotel’s top priority. I’ve reported the incident to IHG customer service, and I hope they take action. I will not be staying here again.
