Room 221. Heating function did not work. Even with setting of 80 F, cool air blew out. Constructive criticism time. Running your air conditioners at 68° in unoccupied rooms is just nuts. Talk about affecting your bottom line with an unnecessary expense. If you need to run the air conditioners to protect against mildew and other issues, do a setting of about 76°F. The room we got put into is not cleaned well. The shower floor goes straight out to the toilet and sink so when showering, you get a big mess and a pool of water all over. Shoes got wet. Had to use up all the towels just to walk and avoid slipping. Couldn't sit in the toilet due to all the water spilling over. Was afraid to use the hair dryer and getting electrocuted. Really bad.
