We stayed in Lancaster for the night and chose this Comfort Inn because of its convenient location. The front desk agent was very friendly. However, the hotel is showing its age. The room had visible wear, including peeling wallpaper in both the bedroom and bathroom. There were no curtains in room, the carpet was dusty, and the bathroom did not appear to be thoroughly cleaned, as there was hair left in the tub from the previous guest. Overall, the stay did not match the price.

*"UNACCEPTABLE SECURITY BREACH AND UNPROFESSIONAL CONDUCT - DO NOT STAY HERE"* I am writing this review with extreme disappointment and outrage after a horrific experience at this hotel. The maintenance staff entered my room *UNANNOUNCED*, without knocking or notification from the front desk, and without any call for maintenance from my end. The rooms are stale with no picture on the wall. Very unwelcoming. We had to leave and get another hotel room because of bed bugs. The lady at the desk was very nice.
