Every other week we have to stay here for training. So we did choose the hotel but so far it has been awesome! Everyone is very friendly, the rooms are comfy, love the showers, and there are always cookies after training in the main lobby. If you ask the clerks they can give you a pass to the gym in walking distance to the hotel. That is a great perk because the gym in the hotel is very small. I wish we could give a lower rating. This was the only hotel in town with rooms available at 9 pm on a Saturday, and for good reason. We W were wary due to the horrible ratings but thought it can't be THAT bad, can it? Front desk tenant hung up on me. I called to inquire about rooms and said we'd book one and be there in 20 minutes and then click, she hung up. Stench of cleaning solution burned your eyes in the lobby. The only redeeming quality is the complimentary gym pass (gym is across the parking lot). I think I would have felt cleaner sleeping at the gym. Hope you're not looking forward to a hot shower after work. Candlewood up the street next tume.
The room was great the building is somewhat in need of repair. The hot water supply was low in the morning. But overall it's actually one of the better hotels I have stayed in this year.
This hotel is extremely tired. On the positive side, the customer - facing staff was friendly enough. Access to a real, off-site gym was excellent. The in room WiFi was also fast. On the negative, the rooms are dumpy and dirty. There's no real privacy room to room or hallway. All of the obvious stuff is clean, but nothing beyond that.
