My stay in Room 301 was disappointing. The biggest issue was the strong odor throughout the third-floor hallway. It smelled as though someone had urinated in the halls, and the unpleasant smell made me feel nauseous. Another concern was that the elevators were frequently out of service, which was very inconvenient. Lastly, I felt the staff could have been more attentive and welcoming. Perfect Place to stay for my husband’s Mayo appts
5/5. Minor allergy issues from the pets. Minor cleanliness issues. But the bedroom gets very dark and the bed is so comfortable. Got an amazing night of sleep.
