Michelle on night shift was absolutely amazing and she took care of us so well. She was so kind as well as a little jokester with amazing hospitality.
I’ve stayed here multiple times over the last few months and I really have enjoyed my stays every time. The proximity to Mayo Clinic is great and there is never traffic during that commute. The hotel staff are very kind and accommodating. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. I’ve never noticed any street noise during my stays. The breakfast food options are pretty good. On the morning of February 1st, I arrived to check in after having called ahead well in advance to notify the hotel that I would be arriving late due to flight delays caused by a widespread snowstorm affecting much of the United States. Despite this advance notice, I was informed upon arrival that I would be charged an additional $187 fee for failing to check in in person, while still being charged the full rate for both nights, including the added fee.
