We came down to visit greatgrandma who was at the hospital and released Saturday afternoon. We weren't planning on staying over but we decided to stay last minute. Check-in around 11:30pm 2 adults and 3 kids under the age of 6 who were already sleeping. We booked a room and were given a large clean room with king size bed and sofa bed. The hotel is clean a the staff is very friendly. We came to the area to go to the only Drive Inn theater left in NJ. I was so happy that a Hampton Inn was nearby. We have been staying Hampton Inns for the last year now. We love all the renevations and the breakfast can't be beat. The pool and hot tub were clean and very much needed. We only get away a few times a year and staying at Hampton Inn & Suites never disappoints.
There was poop in the jacuzzi, some sort of film on the pool. My husband was in the jacuzzi with the bubbles going when we discovered the poop swirling around. They initially offered a refund, but now, a month or so later, they have charged us again. Unsanitary, unethical practices.
Great hotel. Everything was clean and ready for my stay. Staff was fantastic.
