Unfortunately, we stayed at this hotel for 4 nights, and with too many complaints to list here. Although I will say that this is NOT your typical Holiday Inn Express. We had to chase down hand soap, towels, TP and nights 1, 2 and 4 we had NO HOT WATER! Nightly rate online, was just TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE!
