We stayed here Friday night and the whole reason we went was there was a swimming party for my daughter...We went with my SIL and her family got 2 rooms and headed to the pool. the pool was extremely chlorinated and within a hour the kids were dying. they were screaming and crying their eyes were red and burning..2 were throwing up. We tried a little longer in the pool but the kids were over it. We spent the rest of the stay in our rooms with sick and upset kids. Went to check in with my reservation made in advance for a room on the first floor. They said they had no rooms on the first floor. I made my reservation ahead of time so I called the 800 number while I was standing at the front desk and the next thing I knew they had a room for us on the first floor. I’ve been a Hilton member for a long time this was the first time I had any problems. It was very frustrating.
