Clean motel, right off I 5
Fridge in king room 108 has no freezer
When we got to Cottage Grove we were a little ragged. We had already paid for a hotel, after flying into Eugene, and when we got there, the hotel was not what was represented and they were overbooked. It took us an hour to find Best Western and when we got here, Robert made an immediate impact on our stay! He gladly helped with rooms for five people, had to check if he had a rolling cot and an extra fan. He came through on both fronts. He was very helpful and efficient! Convenient location but very busy area next to freeway. Dog friendly with small dog walking grass area but very noisy building. Near lots of fast food that is open late. Hot breakfast in the mornings is included.
