This is a great place to stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful. They have a wide selection of food for breakfast!
This hotel has the worst customer service and they don't know how to send an email or put a call on hold. I will NEVER send my drivers there again. They suck.
Hotel has double charged me three different times and the GM Erica will not return phone calls, emails and the front desk just says nothing they can do.
I had a very pressing issue that Joe at the front desk was able to solve immediately! I almost didn't want to hang up the phone. The hospitality, Customer service, and joyous attitude was notable & impressive. I'm so very thankful I stayed on hold. 🤣 wonderful experience. I recommend Joe !!
