We had a great experience here & have actually stayed twice. The first was for a Basic Training graduation & again for AIT graduation. Both visits were excellent! The customer service was always welcoming, friendly, & helpful. The hotel was very clean and well-maintained, which made our stays comfortable & enjoyable. One thing we especially appreciated was the on-site laundry room. It was clean, efficient, & had multiple washers & dryers available, making it convenient for guests & eliminating long wait times. A little bit hard to work out late checking as you have to check in next door at candlewood suites. But rooms are great with 2 separate rooms with lounge and kitchen.
Very pleasant and courteous staff ! Melissa was awesome! ! Breakfast was great! Very nice rooms ! Enjoyed my stay!
