Walls are thin, elevator floor is never cleaned, slow drain in tub. Rooms are comfortable and pretty clean. Decent breakfast.

Snowed in from work, tried to leave to get food since no delivery options available, and the hotel snacks are slim picking , asked for a snow shovel and was just told no. No other options offered. So I had to call for a tow. Haven’t seen a plow come through yet. Not sure if they have the lot cleaned or not.

Only hotel in the city my company uses it major snow storm no plows one snow blower residential for. Hotel , snow removal equipment just sitting there not being used to clear property very unacceptable for a major hotel . Hung up on several times when calling front desk to ask when they will have plows clear the property as i have to leave at 4am . Only hotel in the city but if you have other options consider. I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Fall River North. The young lady at the front counter was beyond nice and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. My room was spotless and the bed was very comfortable—exactly what I needed after a long day. The complimentary breakfast had a solid variety of hot and cold options to get the day started. It’s in a convenient location with easy highway access. I’d definitely stay here again!
