How disgusted am I as a traveling Nurse, this is the second time I’ve stayed at this hotel. I’ve been a Diamond elite member for many years. I booked this hotel for 25,000 points even though last week I had to pay 45,000 points to stay here. upon arrival. I was told as a Diamond elite member. I can only get two drinks and not a drink and a bag of chips the guy at the front desk try to charge me $6 dollars for a bag of chips and a granola bar knowing I’m a professional Customer here for five hours of sleep. This was an unacceptable hotel experience, and I am still waiting for hotel management to follow up. Manager is non existent and does not care! My family and I had no hot water in the morning on consecutive days. That made it difficult for everyone to get ready, and hot water is a basic hotel expectation during normal morning hours. When I reported the issue, I was told it may have been because many guests were showering at the same time and was advised to shower at night instead. That is not an acceptable response.
