Well...to say I was disappointed in my stay is not nearly enough. We've stayed here quite a few times and, while the staff is typically friendly and helpful and the rooms clean, this time we had some problems. We arrived and checked in, dropped our stuff and left, returning late...at that point, I noticed the bathroom was NOT clean (pee on the walls, pee on the toilet...smelled like a gas station bathroom) and the door looked like it had been jimmied open and the deadbolt didn't work. Just okay, fairly clean. Bed was somewhat comfortable, but the pillows were just thrown on the bed. Bathrooms are dated and needs updating. Exterminator needs to be called for the silverfish in the bathroom. Just okay for a 1 night stay.
Clean, friendly staff and everything I would expect from IHG.
Breakfast was not very good compared to other Express locations. Only complaint. WhataBurger across the parking lot was a plus.
