Clean, friendly staff and everything I would expect from IHG.
Breakfast was not very good compared to other Express locations. Only complaint. WhataBurger across the parking lot was a plus.
Not a perfect hotel but very clean. The best small town hotel!
The hotel was nice enough for a stay for a local family wedding 10 min away. The pool and gym looked well maintained as well. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was decent. The rooms had a funny smell, like they were humid and too warm when not in use. The AC was loud and didn't handle the humidity at all.
I had a horrible experience at this hotel. First the manager was ruled and the staff are not trained very well and charged me more than they were supposed to. They told me one price but charged me something different. They stated that it was a miscommunication but the staff told me something different. Then there are roaches in the room, which made me feel very uncomfortable and I had to clean up myself. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
