The best Express we’ve ever stayed at, and that’s a lot. Great view of the river, great walk ability, great friendly staff. Fantastic!
Our room had bed bugs and I’ve attempted to get in contact with management and have been disregarded every time. I would not have written this review if it had been handled promptly and professionally but here I am still being promised that management will be in touch and nothing.
Coffee maker broke for two days and they charged me for an extra night I didn’t stay. They kept dodging my calls when I tried to get it resolved and I ended up having to call corporate.
I wouldn't expect a hotel in this price range to have a broken USB connection or broken wall mount for the towel rack. The refrigerator had no freezer compartment so our ice packs couldn't refreeze from our travels, kind of a big deal driving all day. Otherwise Bed was comfortable and breakfast was very good.
Location is perfect and rooms are updated and nice, the river view rooms are a must! Lots of outdoor area to sit and relax with the river flowing not far away.
