The river view rooms are awesome
Hardest bed I’ve ever had at a hotel.
Wow! Pleasantly surprised. It was our first time in Durango and we booked through Costco. The hotel sit right across downtown and in front of the Animas river trail. We were able to walk just about anywhere. When we first arrived I was a little worried that the rooms might be dirty- it smells a bit like dog upon entering the lobby. But when we got to our room I was pleasantly surprised! Super clean. It did not smell like dog whatsoever, and the room was spacious. The only thing the room is missing is a full length mirror! Although it is not walkable to downtown, it’s a quick drive. It’s a very clean hotel on the river- Be sure to request a riverfront room! Breakfast was also good.
