Amazing Property. The staff were freindly and the this hotel was Great. Our Room and Ammenities were Great. The Food was Great as Well. The onyy negative was that the Pancake Maker was out of service. Garage Parking is a plus.
Nice but smaller than average room, thin floors. Comments: Nice room, though again with another IHG hotel which is it that when you book via a “third-party” such as booking.com that you get the poorest room in the hotel. While the room was nice, it was the smallest room on the floor plan and directly opposite the lift, as well as not being top floor as requested. Again, you can hear footfalls from people upstairs. This was an awesome stay! All the best comforts from fresh clean pillows and bedding, clean rooms and awesome showers. The breakfast is great! I enjoyed my stays here. Love that they have laundry services too! Its close enough to walk to the shops and restaurants.
Caitlyn and her team did a fantastic job taking care of my tour group on our recent two-night stay in Durango. The service level is above and beyond what I experience at most hotels around the country. From being right there waiting when we arrived, offering a text number to ease communication, directly assisting guests with any and all needs and inquiries, and even providing goody bags upon our arrival, I am beyond impressed.
