Love being on the river and the river trail. First room gave us was directly across from an incessantly barking dog. When i went down to get a new room, two folks chatting in the lobby about the dog. It was not the first that the front desk had heard about it. Also, no forewarning that the internet was down and remained down until 10 am the next morning. Fire alarm went off twice. I was genuinely surprised by how nice the hotel was. Very happy with our stay
When I checked in, they asked for a credit card which is normal but I asked how much they would be putting on hold and what it was for. They told me that they would be charging $25 and it would be refunded if I had no incidentals or anything charged to my room which, I did not. It has been a few weeks since I stayed there but there was still a $20 charge on my card. I called them and they said the charge was for using the parking garage.
