My husband went to open the curtain and it fell on him. It was not correctly drilled into sheetrock. As you can see in the picture it was screwed right into the sheet rock. There was what looked like mold on the ceiling. They offered to give us a different room, but we chose to cancel.

Holiday Inn express hotel the front desk lady is rude I asked her could I used the restroom because I was in a tight she going tell me they don’t have a public restroom. So I’m like since when ya’ll don’t all hotel has a public restroom. Then she going to say they cleaning the restroom one thing for sure I know how to clean up behind myself.
