Wonderful stay and top-notch service! Everything was absolutely amazing, from the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms to the perfect downtown location. However, what truly made our stay special was the wonderful receptionist, Sheelu. We ran into some minor issues with our reservation during check-in, but she resolved everything quickly, calmly, and with a huge smile. I started off my night poorly with numerous airline delays. I was put up in this hotel late at night, and was greeted by Archie and Ameer. I felt very welcomed and comfortable with hers She was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed and was even able to coordinate a late check out.

Great stay! When we entered everyone was so sweet and welcoming! Staff pointed out that there is no holiday inn garage/parking but was very helpful with giving suggestions on where to park. Room was clean and breakfast was great as well! Shoutout to the sweet girl at the front desk!

I had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Dallas. The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff were accommodating, friendly, and insightful whenever we had questions. There were plenty of complimentary amenities that made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, the excellent customer service and clean environment made for a great experience. I would definitely stay here again.
