They have one elevator and the wait to catch it. The AC was super loud and woke me throughtout the night , and I could hear people walking above you. Otherwise, I would give five stars. Customer service is great and so is the breakfast. I stay at this hotel annually during the Labor Day weeekend.

The room was very nice for the price and great location.
Was a very nice hotel and wonderful workers everyone was very friendly and worked with me and my family we sold house and had to stay here for a while Sam and chance at front desk was wonderful and caring and worked with us and made the transion a smooth one me and my husband have 2 kids 1yr old and 10 yr old very kid friendly and everything just all the way round awesome place and everyone was friendly and helpful they also have very good free breakfast every morning that's kid friendly to o just love this place all round t... read more
