I booked a room here Saturday night for me and my kids , when we got into the room and got settled i noticed a strong foul smell of sewage water or something coming from the bathroom it was really bad but I didn’t wanna pack me and three kids back up and go too another room , I was reaching out too see if we can come too a resolution about this And the manager was VERY rude and dismissive about his hotel cleanliness and customer satisfaction, he refused too give me HR or any higher up information so that I can get this resol... read more
Not interested!! The owner is rude and hateful. Believe all the other bad reviews you see!! Stay away!
Just a dumpy old motel
The entire room was unsanitary. The bed sheets did not feel or smell clean. The bathroom sink did not have hot water. The shower was lukewarm. The towels was dingy. Carpet smelled. We had itchy eyes and running noses when we were only there for 20 minutes. Not worth your health.
Very disappointing stay. The hotel was extremely dirty, filthy carpets, dirt under the furniture, and what appeared to be mold on the shower ceiling. We even had to change rooms because our door lock was broken. The fire alarm went off during our stay because of an issue in the laundry room, and the fire department had to respond. The front desk was little help; the receptionist seemed to be on the phone constantly and was not helpful when we needed assistance. Breakfast was awful.
