I'm a long-time IHG member and have standing room preferences of upper floors and away from the elevator. On this visit they didn't give me either. Disappointing - membership doesn't seem to mean much any more.
Great hotel. Stayed for a hockey tournament. Close to several rinks we played at. Quiet building. The pool was clean and warm. The breakfast was great, so many options each day. Only issue was a slippery parking lot. If staying here visit the new york beer project across the road. The food was amazing.
