I had best customer service ever. After booking .com drop the kids off my resveration and the second nite stay this mangerkept the price and schedualed me a second night in the same room. The hotel is clean and looks newly remolded very nice! They have a workout room and good breakfast. The only downfall is the bed is a little firmer than I like. Will stay there again when I'm ever in the area.

The majority of our stay was good. The only complaint I have was that the food that was supposed to be kept warm for the complimentary breakfast was cold.
