We love this place. It is clean customer service is great! Love the weight room and pool that's heated, it's close and convenient to restaurants and other businesses and last but not least the breakfast is awesome!
I have stayed in many hotels over the years and never been woken up to someone entering my room while I was sleeping until last night. The desk gave someone a room key for our room and they tried to enter while we were asleep. Needless to say after that I didn’t sleep very well. The construction in the building is inconvenient, they gave me a room with full size beds instead of queen which is what I paid for. Extremely disappointed with this stay. Hotel en remodelación, no hay agilidad ni buena atención en la recepción. Mucha demora al registrarse
Just stayed for one night and nothing major to complain about. My room was clean, breakfast options were good though I think the food service staff was in a bad mood. Front desk staff was kind enough to give me a late check-out as per my request. Good location, right off the highway.
