My friends and I went for a concert and I can honestly say this was one of the best experiences that I have had. We stayed in 416 and 138 and we had no incidents or issues that would cause me to rate this room stay any other way. We found parking without incident, breakfast was good as well as the service in that area. I want to give a huge shout out to Derrick, the GM and his front desk staff for making themselves available to us when and if we needed them. You guys are the reason I travel!! Great place clean
Not so clean as usual.
Staff was perfectly polite and friendly! The night front deck guy could talk a little louder but very polite. The room was clean, bed clean and made, bathroom clean. The bed was kind of tall for my 5'5 shortness but comfortable. The minor things like the carpet was folded up against the wall. Some trim on the wall was loose. The breakfast was lacking. I would stay again and jus stick the cheese omelet for breakfast.
