Rooms were adequate. The hotel is old. Cleanliness wasn't quite there. No towels in the room. Just foot towel. Staff was nice. Breakfast was great.

Update given the managers response: 1. The manager edited the first message which rightfully gave Tae his flowers. I was notified with the first draft that noted Tae’s Herculean efforts (photo provided) but this current doesn’t include that which tells me a lot….2. I am in management and a former Atlanta resident. First, Tae was incredible. He was so efficient, caring, and focused under pressure. There were dozens of us waiting in line from canceled flights and even after running out of keys he was so clear about how to problem solve. The problem is his management and Holiday Inn people practices. Why would you have anyone working by themselves on a night that busy?
