I’m confused on bad reviews I like it it’s peaceful no bugs
Room is very nice ! The lobby air conditioner is broken so checking in was a challenge with the heat wave hitting so cal. The receptionist was very sweet and apologized .
There is no hot tub even though there are pictures of one!
Unfortunately, I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. I booked through Expedia and selected pay at the property. When I arrived to check in, I was told my reservation had been cancelled and the hotel was completely sold out. I was never notified that my reservation had been cancelled, so my family and I arrived expecting to have a room. There was cleaning equipment and sink tubing on the floor and in the sink in our first room with a bucket catching water under the sink and then a huge roach in our second room. Don’t recommend staying here. Not clean at all. Very gross
