Very nice overall.
This is a great spot to stay if you’re in or around Albuquerque and Bernalillo. My dad and I stayed here 4 nights during the balloon fiesta and we had a great time. It is an older building but they keep it clean and inviting. Rosie at the front desk was so friendly and informative. Answered my questions easily. Irene was another amazing member of the staff. She said good morning to us every day at breakfast and checked on how our stay was going and reminded us to ask her if we needed anything. I will miss her in my mornings ... read more
Loved staying here during the balloon fiesta! Hotel has definitely been upgraded from what it was (you can still see some of the old throughout) but it does look fantastic. Only feedback: please work on the back door. I had to scan my card 15 times to get back inside last night. Wanted to shout-out the staff as well for leaving breakfast out longer than they normally would on a Monday! It was a wonderful surprise after being at the balloon fiesta since 5am.
