The room was decent at first air conditioning barely worked and then we saw roach in bathroom have video of it and they are not owning up to it won’t issue refund or offer anything management is horrible the staff that works on daily basis are absolutely wonderful 100% but the management is horrible and rude and they lie very bad I hate to be the one but for 3 days now we have tried so hard to work this out with management but it is going no where so here it is all in all the regular people are great rooms ok for quick trip ... read more
Great service. We arrived an hour and a half early. They allowed us to check in and upgraded us to a suite, at no extra charge, since that was all they had ready. Super staff. Very polite and professional. Hotel and room were spotless. The morning breakfast was hot and tasty. Planning on staying there again in 10 days.
They have warm baked cookies in the lobby. Friendly people at the desk.
Great place to stay. Clean, affordable with friendly staff.
