I was really disappointed with my stay. While the lobby is beautiful and gives a great first impression, the rooms do not live up to it at all. Our room was not clean upon arrival—there was hair in the shower and visible trash, dust, and dirt throughout the room, which immediately made us uncomfortable. The room was also freezing and never warmed up properly, making it hard to relax. Several amenities were either misrepresented or inconvenient. we've stayed several times for family/ business travel. staff are always friendly and helpful. rooms are cleaned well and comfy. we have a well behaved dog and they welcome him with a deposit. well worth the price. Good location and exceeded my expectations with every stay
This hotel has taken 700 dollars out of my account so far for a room that is fully paid for, no one is fixing it and the excuse or runaround is that they are refunding it ignoring the reality that it debits out of my account and can take 7 to 10 business days for the money to go back I am very disappointed that this issue is still ongoing and every day more charges appear. Fix your system may have to consult legal advise because this is not ok
