rooms clean and no critters😏except our furry family member they allowed us to bring. $75 upcharge ...when you love something you'll pay it. only suggestion beer/wine license would have made the husband happier🤣 thank you for the rest on our move
I needed to switch locations due to the horrible conditions at the Holiday Inn on Schoolcraft in Livonia. Such a difference in every aspect of the stay. Jenna at the front desk is not an apologist (which is good considering she should not have to take responsibility for another location) but was empathetic and expedited the check in process. The hotel was nice, we were greeted when we came in. We stayed at a Holiday Inn nearby a year ago that we were very impressed with so we decided to give this one a try. This was a step below the first one. Not terrible just not as good. We picked this one over the other because they had a whirlpool, only to find out it was out of order. Breakfast was ok.
