Absolutely insane. I booked online. Later i had to change my reservation, so i called, and i asked the guy for a veterans discount. He gave me a rate of $125 per night with the discount. He told me that i would have to show proof that i am a veteran… no problem. We drove 6 hours to get there and they told me they wouldnt honor the discount because im not on official military duty. I argued that it wasnt my fault that the guy clicked government rate and sent me a confirmation, which would be considered a legally binding contr... read more
1 person working the front after an event like a Paul McCartney concert is ridiculous. She was busy, stressed and had an attitude. Very rude. I was only staying on the first floor, 1 floor up from the lobby and I had to wait 20 minutes for the elevator because there are no inside stairs to walk up and everyone staying there was at the Paul McCartney concert. Attitude problem
This is our 2nd time staying here and our last , rooms are so outdated , ac didn't work well , no proper fire extinguisher in the halls , I agree with the lady at the bar she is so unfriendly, also no military discount. I like how convenient and close you are but for $350 for 3 nights I want more
