Thermostat won't let me turn on heat. About froze last night and today!
When we arrived on Friday evening to stay the weekend, the hotel parking lot was closed, so we drove around to try to find a place where we didn't have to walk at minimum a block with all our luggage. The hotel staff said it had been that way at least 6 months and there was no estimation when they would begin working on opening the parking lot again. We had to park in a very exposed lot a block away with no cameras. When we made it up to our room, the beds were fulls instead of queens, and they said they didn't have any more... read more
Very disappointed that you had to park across from the parking lot in a different lot to get into the hotel. As a person with chronic breathing issues this was very inconvenient to try to get into your facility. I don’t know how this is ADA compliant.
Not that great. Parking lot closed. Restaurant closed. Very dated, carpets are stained, a lot. Value is ok but don't expect it to be nice.
