Staying a single night with my kiddo. The front desk staff is 100/10. Genuinely friendly, helpful, informative, and supportive. They really care about what's best for their guests. The hotel is clean, quiet, and quiet lovely. The room is a standard king, very spacious and clean, great layout, and has solid temperature control. Terrible check-in experience. After arriving exhausted from a long day, I was met with rude, unprofessional service. The staff member gave me false information about the checkout time, which created unnecessary confusion from the moment I arrived. The entire interaction felt hostile, tacky, and completely avoidable. Makes you wonder why. There was absolutely no reason for the experience to be this unpleasant. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
