I had the pleasure of interacting with Brooke Daniels at the Holiday Inn Club, and she was absolutely wonderful. You can immediately tell she genuinely cares about both the resort and the guests. Her customer service is truly exceptional. I was on-site as a mobile notary assisting with a signing appointment for a couple vacationing at the resort, and Brooke went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stress-free for the guests and for me as well. Shuttle dropped us off and now we can not reach them to pick us up. We have called every number and extention that we can find and are unable to reach anyone for pick up.
Very first time on Marco Island. The drive was easy and the property was very well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. The newly renovated looked modern and everything was in working order. It was a quick trip. Only stayed two nights. We were comfortable and felt very safe.
