Due to the various activities on site, this place has the potential to be a really nice, all- inclusive facility, however, their customer service is laissez- faire. I stayed from 8/4-8/6 and upon check- in there was pubic hair in my shower, so I had to wait almost over an hour to freshen up since it took the nice cleaners a while to service my room.
