Miguel at the front desk is a very misleading person. He promised to bring us some extra comforters and sheets to our room and we waited for 2 hours only for Miguel to go home and not accommodate us at all. Also our reservation was made for the first floor of the resort and when we arrived to check in, we were told the our reserved rooms were no longer available because they were doing maintenance on the rooms. BEWARE! If you book this property on a third party website, they will double charge you the daily resort fee! Shady administration. The resort feels very basic and has no character. If you're just looking for a basic property and don't mind getting double charges...then it may be fine for you.
