All around excellent place. Front desk ( Bobbi ) was extremly helpful.
UPDATE: 7 months later, a member from the brand reached out. They said they take my feedback seriously. To better show how serious they are regarding feedback, I would recommend that someone at the hotel should monitor reviews in a more timely manner. - - - Original post: Unfortunately, I've had a lot better service at most other IHG properties. This is a new, well equipped and very comfortable resort. Highly recommended. We had two bedroom suite which was really clean, well laid out and really comfortable.
I loved this hotel. I recommend this hotel to anybody traveling to Myrtle Beach. It also offers really nice ocean views and airport views.
