We had a family emergency and needed to leave 1 night early after being there a week. $4K stay. They refused to refund the 1 night. The front desk was rude and unhelpful. I typically feel bad leaving reviews, but you need to know what you are getting yourself into. Compassion goes a long way.
Our room overlooked the cruise ship terminal and faced cape canival where we witnessed a launch of some satellites ''awesome '' will definitely go back again.
Booked this place due to its location to the cruise terminals. Here are the pros and lots of cons of our stay: Pro: 1. The water slide and park area seemed well maintained. The kids loved it. 2. The location is great. Short walk to the beach and got to see a SpaceX rocket launch from the balcony. 3. In room laundry in the suites. Really convenient to start our cruise with all fresh clothes. Worst experience ever. Inhospitable staff. Then the dead bugs. Extremely inconsiderate. They will try there best to force someone into an undesirable room. When easier l earlier before check-in time they will tell you everyone already checked in for the day. Meanwhile there is a line in the lobby with with guest waiting to check in.
Top notch! Great activities for the family, delicious restaurant, wonderful staff. Most importantly, the rooms are clean and spacious.
