This resort was beau in it's layout and accommodations. The suite was ample enough to comfortably handle our large family with ease. The pools were immaculate daily cleaning was witnessed well before the guests were out and about to keep the guests our family included healthy and happy. Because of the malicious care of the pools and grounds we felt as if we were being pampered. In addition, the board walk to the beach was fun, filled with creative characters etched with fun facts . wifi is HORRIBLE other then that it was wonderful
This resort is consistent about going down hill every year I visit. There are always changes that make it less convenient and comfortable for the guest. There is always something that is not working like the lazy river, the slides, or access to the beach. The people at the front desk are clueless. The food at the restaurant used to be good and you can always find a seat because nobody eats there. The rooms are nice, but overall you can get a nicer resort for the price.
