Had an awesome time staying at the Holiday Inn Club Vacations at Lake Geneva! The rooms were nice sized and very comfortable. We did have a service issue with the AC and maintenance showed up immediately to talk through resolution. Great experience!

These rooms are serviced by the Grand Geneva Resort and unfortunately seem like an afterthought when it comes to the housekeeping. Our rooms have never been unclean, but sometimes unstocked and missing things like soaps, towels, and dish cleaning amenities. The staff is usually pretty good about sending someone to the room with stuff, but its an annoyance to have to make a request. The rooms all overlook the golf course so you can watch all the golfers with your morning coffee.

Spent a week at Holiday Inn Club Vacations in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The rooms provided everything we needed for the week. Comfortable beds. Well appointed bathrooms. Kitchen to cook meals when desired or many local restaurants to choose from. Living room for relaxing, watching TV or enjoying the gas fireplace. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub several times and one evening we had a great time enjoying the fire pit with others. Can't wait to return for another visit.
