We reserved several rooms (more than 30) and some rooms were small & outdated. Some of the "renovated" rooms had dead flies. The hotel did apply a 20% discount for a night, for the flies. One family had two of their credit cards stolen from their room while they ate breakfast at Max & Erma's (connected to hotel) and another family's room door was ajar when they returned from breakfast. This is the only conference site I've attended that would not allow me access to a private location for pumping (after giving another attendee a room to use). I am not impressed.

The rooms really need to be remodeled. They are not bad but getting there. They have three elevators and only 2 were working. Staff is very nice, and I would stay again, but I would like to see them remodel.
